To exchange your ticket for a later performance, requests must be processed by phone no later than 10am the day of the performance or by 1pm the business day prior for matinee and weekend performances. Requests received after these times are unable to be accommodated.
Please note that all tickets are non-refundable.

Where are my tickets?
E-tickets are sent to the email address on your account as a PDF attachment from [email protected].
Subscriber tickets are sent 1 week prior to the opening night performance.
All other tickets are sent 2 days prior to the performance.
Please ensure you check your spam, junk and promotions folders for this email. Ensure that your email address is updated in your My Account so that we have the correct address to send these to.

153 minutes including two intervals
Storytime Ballet: Cinderella

Please note that total running times are approximate and it is recommended to allow an additional 15-20 minutes when planning your evening.
