How to find your 10 digit Telstra Customer ID

There are four ways to find your Telstra Customer ID:

On a recent bill.
At Telstra.com after logging in to your account.
Within the My Telstra app.
1. If you are a Telstra Plus member, click on Show Card. It will then show the Account Number in it.
2. If you are not a Telstra Plus member, click the people icon in the top right. Scroll down to ‘Account Settings’ and click ‘Personal Details’ Scroll down to the bottom of the screen where it will show your Customer ID.
