We are pleased to confirm our postponed Live on Ballet TV seasons of Anna Karenina, Romeo and Juliet and Harlequinade will now be streamed in 2022. Current ticketholders have been notified via email of their new streaming dates and live stream tickets will be available to purchase again from Wednesday 8 December 2021.

Ballet fans across the world can get front-row seats to watch our 2022 season streamed LIVE from Melbourne. Watch the performance from the comfort of your own home and enjoy bonus commentary from Artistic Director David Hallberg and guests, as well as live interviews and behind-the-scenes footage exclusive to the live stream. Ballets are available to purchase for $25 each.
The live stream can be accessed by any device without needing to download any software or applications and can be cast to a Smart TV. Full information will be provided along with your link to view 48 hours before the stream begins.
How do I access my live stream?
A link to watch the live stream will be emailed to you prior to the performance date. There will be one link per ticket purchased and each link will permit only one device to stream the performance. This includes SmartTVs, so you can invite a group of friends and cast direct to your TV.
You will have up to 48 hours after the performance begins to access the live stream. You can only watch your live stream once.
How many times can I watch the performance?
Each live stream is available to watch once only and within a single sitting. The link to access the stream is available to view for 48 hours.
Can I gift a live stream ticket?
Yes you can! In the days leading up to the live stream, you will be emailed a unique link for each ticket you purchased. If purchasing as a gift, you will need to forward the recipient their live-stream link.
Is Live On Ballet TV available to view in my country?
Yes, Live on Ballet TV is available to watch worldwide. Please note the live streams are in Australian Eastern Standard time so please make sure you double-check the time zone in your country.
Is Live On Ballet TV really live?
If you start the live stream at the starting time listed below, you will be watching it live. If you are unable to start at the same time as the live performance, we recommened waiting until it has ended before starting your live stream.
If I start watching during the 48-hour window will I be able to finish viewing the production?
Yes, as long as you leave enough time between when you start the ballet and when the 48-hour window ends. Each ballet has its closing time listed below.
Can I purchase Live on Ballet TV on DVD?
No. Live on Ballet TV is only available to watch once during the times and dates listed below.
