Concessions Policy

Available price types and concessions:

Adults: Available to individuals 31 years or over.

Senior: Available to individuals with an Australian government-issued Seniors Card.

Pension: Available to individuals with an Australian government-issued Pension Card, government-issued Health Care Card or DVA Gold Card

Concession: Available to individuals with a full-time student ID, Australian government-issued Health Care card or Australia government-issued Pension Card

Student: available to individuals with a valid Full-time Student ID Card.

Under 30: Available to individuals 30 years or under at time of purchase with acceptable proof of age, e.g. a driver's license, a proof of age card, a passport or a birth certificate.

Child (<18): Available to individuals 18 years or under at the time of purchase.

National Companion Card Scheme

The Australian Ballet supports the National Companion Card Scheme. For more information visit companioncard.gov.au.

Concessions terms

Available concessions may vary between performances, venues, events and Season Packages and may change at any time without notice.

Both our customer experience assistants and agents selling tickets for our productions must see valid concession or proof of age identification in order to issue concession-priced tickets.

Venue staff may check concession identification upon entry to the venue, so please ensure you have valid concession identification on hand when attending performances.

Where valid concession identification cannot be produced, an upgrade to the full-price ticket in that seating reserve will be required.
