Richard Conway

Richard is the founder of boardcycle, a software designed to simplify and streamline board meetings. Richard is an experienced lawyer and company secretary, having held positions as Deputy General Counsel & Company Secretary at Coca-Cola Amatil and as General Counsel & Company Secretary at Blackmores before more recently moving into technology as the Chief Product Officer at Xakia, a leading software platform for in-house lawyers.
