Misha Barkidjija

Misha was born in the suburbs of Chicago and began dance training at The Academy of Movement and Music, Salt Creek Ballet, and then onto Canada’s National Ballet School. Misha then trained at Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia before joining the Mariinsky Ballet Theatre. Misha joined The Australian Ballet in 2022, commencing performing on the Regional Tour. In 2023, Misha was promoted to soloist.
