Laura Message

Laura Message (Tong) is a former dancer of The Australian Ballet and English National Ballet. She holds a Bachelor in Business Studies from Monash University.

Laura’s career highlights as a dancer include Cigarette Variation in Lifar’s Suite en Blanc, Baroness von Rothbart in Murphy’s Swan Lake and Mistress in MacMillan’s Manon, as well as international tours to Athens, Paris, London, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Shanghai and Auckland.

Following her retirement from the stage, Laura worked in arts administration roles before moving into the justice sector. Her current role is Manager of the Chief Magistrate's Chambers at the Magistrates' Court of Victoria.
