Isobelle Dashwood
(She/Her)
Isobelle was born and raised in Toowoomba, Queensland. She began dancing at the age of six and trained in Queensland before winning the Robert and Elizabeth Albert Scholarship and a full scholarship to study at The Australian Ballet school; she began her studies in 2013. During her time at the school she participated in a month-long exchange with Canada’s National Ballet School and received an award for excellence in both classical and character dance.
Isobelle joined The Australian Ballet in 2016 and was promoted from the corps de ballet straight to the soloist rank in 2021. In 2023 Isobelle was awarded the TBDA People's Choice Award.
