Estelle Crompton-Lamb (Essie)

(She/her)

Born in Sydney, Essie began dancing at the age of four and joined The Australian Ballet School in 2022. In 2025, Essie was awarded the NSW Ballet Society Scholarship and joined The Australian Ballet during the Japan Tour of Don Quixote. Some of her repertoire highlights include performing the Arabian on The Australian Ballet’s National Tour.

Since joining the Company in May 2025 as a guest, Essie has appeared in David McAllister’s The Sleeping Beauty, Sir Kenneth MacMillan’s Manon and the triple bill by William Forsythe, Jerome Robbins and Stephanie Lake, Prism. Essie officially joined The Australian Ballet as a corps de ballet member in 2026.
