Elle Carter’s journey in the arts began as a ballet dancer, before her passion for connecting people with the arts led her into philanthropy with Sydney Dance Company. Elle joined The Australian Ballet in 2021 as a Coordinator, progressing to Patrons Manager in 2022 and Philanthropy Manager in 2025.
