Catherine Livingstone is a highly respected company director with an executive career spanning more than 22 years in general management and financial leadership roles. She is the Chair of Pacific National, and a Director of Saluda Medical, Inc, and of Quasar Satellite Technologies Pty Limited.

Ms Livingstone is a former Chairman of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Telstra Corporation Limited and of the CSIRO. She has also served on the Boards of Macquarie Group Limited, Goodman Fielder Limited, WorleyParsons Ltd and Rural Press Limited.

Ms Livingstone is a former President of the Business Council of Australia and of Chief Executive Women.
