Catherine Livingstone is a highly respected company director with an executive career spanning more than 22 years in general management and financial leadership roles. She is the Chair of Pacific National, a Director of Saluda Medical, Inc, a Director of Quasar Satellite Pty Limited and Chancellor of the University of Technology Sydney.

Ms Livingstone was Chairman of the Board of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, President of Chief Executive Women (2007 – 2008), and the former Chairman of Telstra Corporation Limited and of the CSIRO. She has served on the Boards of Macquarie Group Limited, Goodman Fielder Limited, WorleyParsons Ltd, the Bundanon Trust, and Rural Press Limited and has contributed to the work of the Innovation and Productivity Council for the New South Wales Government.

She is also the former President of the Business Council of Australia.
