Production Centre Tours

Here's some important info you need to know before attending Production Centre Tours:

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the tour start time, as the tour will start promptly at 11am. Parking is available at the Production Centre.

Please be aware this is an English-spoken, 60-minute walking tour of the Production Centre with no bathroom breaks or opportunity to sit. Stairs are involved in the tour.

Our Production Centre is an active working environment, and there are a few rules we need you to follow to partake in this tour:

• You must be wearing closed-toed shoes when walking through the workshop and warehouse areas of the Production Centre. If you are not wearing closed-toed shoes you will not be permitted to follow the tour in these areas. We also recommend that these be comfortable shoes as the production centre is a large space and there are stairs involved in the tour.
• Although it may be tempting to touch set props and costumes, for your safety we ask that you refrain from doing so unless otherwise indicated by your tour guide.
• Please listen to all instructions carefully and stay together as one group.

In many areas of the Production Centre, the temperature is equal to the temperature outside on any given day, so please dress appropriately.

Photography is strictly not permitted within the Production Centre for copyright reasons.
