Regions and Adelaide
The Australian Ballet has a commitment to visiting communities in South Australia supported by Thyne Reid Foundation and the James & Diana Ramsay Foundation.
The Australian Ballet Education has reached South Australian students in Ceduna, Port Lincoln, Whyalla, Greater Adelaide, Port Augusta and the Barossa Region delivering workshops and performances to those who would not have the experience.
Barossa Region
In 2018 The Australian Ballet Education team delivered a program to schools in the Barossa regions in Tanunda, Lyndoch, Greenock, Williamstown and Nuriootpa, as well as Greater Adelaide.
In 2019, with the support of the James & Diana Ramsay Foundation, Thyne Reid Foundation, and generous individuals, the Education team will return to Port Augusta, Whyalla and for the first time visit Port Pirie.

Greater Adelaide - Ingle Farm Primary School
For the past two years, The Australian Ballet Education team have delivered a one-week intensive STEAMDANCE residency at Ingle Farm Primary School in Adelaide a school that has many newly arrived students with little or no English. The school prides itself on ensuring that all children feel valued and supported in a multicultural school setting. The school has a special needs unit and an English language centre alongside the main school.
