The Australian Ballet are deeply committed to cultivating and sustaining an organisation that is equitable, fair, and inclusive. We embrace diversity both on and off stage and strive to be a company where all communities feel a sense of belonging.

In developing this Diversity and Inclusion Plan, we have been guided by training and a suggested framework from our friends and colleagues at Diversity Arts Australia.

Our Diversity and Inclusion Plan is currently under review by our Board of Directors and will be published very soon.
