Payment options

Season Packages can be purchased at australianballet.com.au or over the phone by contacting our customer experience team on 1300 369 741.  

If you book your Season Package before December 2021, you can spread the cost in four easy instalments.  

Instalment Plan

For the 2022 Season the instalment dates are as follows: 

  • 25% – Initial payment upon renewal 
  • 25% – 10 December 2021  
  • 25% – 10 January 2022
  • 25% – 10 February 2022

A credit card valid until the last instalment payment date is required prior to booking. Instalments can be paid by credit card only. Cheques, cash or money order are not accepted.

Full payment must be completed before your first performance to avoid ticket cancellation. 

Changes to your billing information can be made by calling our customer experience team on 1300 369 741.

Australian Ballet Credit

If you were impacted by a cancelled or postponed production with The Australian Ballet in 2020 or 2021 and opted to have the cost of your ticket placed as a credit on your Australian Ballet account, you can put that credit towards your 2022 Season Package purchase.

You can select to use your Australian Ballet credit when purchasing your Season Package via our website. Once you have logged in to your account and you have reached the payment stage, tick the 'Use Credit' checkbox to apply your credit to the payment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed online at australianballet.com.au, simply enter the gift card code when completing your payment.

Gift cards can also be utilised for phone bookings by contacting our customer experience team on 1300 369 741.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be used or extended.
