Steamdance Resource: Science Themed Dances

STEAMDANCE Resource

Steam outcome hero

The films show examples that were developed in collaboration with students across 5 weeks of STEAMDANCE workshops. The themes were selected by the school teachers, with students contributing their knowledge and ideas as they researched, physicalised and consolidated their learning. The students were supported to develop and refine their choreography by applying elements of dance, which you will see noted throughout the videos.

Visit our warm-up activities and movement games for ideas for generating movement that can lead to making a dance.
