Eligibility:
This competition (the “Promotion”), run by Seven Seas Cruises S. DE R.L. d/b/a/ Regent Seven Seas Cruises (hereinafter, the “Promoter”). Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older. Entrants must be an Australian resident. All employees of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings are excluded from entering the competition. Entrants who are employees of Travel Partners are excluded from this competition.
This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this Promotion. This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.
Entry:
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Australian time (AEDT) on 6 December 2022 and ends at 9.30 p.m. Australian time (AEDT) on 5 January 2023 ("Promotional Period"). Promotion is a game of chance. To enter for a chance to win, entrants are required to provide their full name, email address, and agree to the terms and conditions. The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly on 6 January 2023 . Limit one entry per person.
Prizes:
The prize is a lunch and ship tour onboard Seven Seas Explorer® on 26 January 2023 (if a Sydney based winner) or a lunch and shop tour onboard Seven Seas Explorer® on 23 January 2023 (if a Melbourne based winner). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Promoter in its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Promoter’s determinations regarding the awarding of the prize is final. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. Prize is non-transferable.
The prize will only be valid and able to be redeemed on the date specified on the prize voucher. Winner must claim the prize by notifying Regent Seven Seas Cruises® of the details specified on the prize voucher. Winner and all guests boarding must have a valid passport or Australian drivers’ licence which must be shown when boarding the ship. All guests must stay with their Regent Seven Seas Cruises team member throughout the tour and lunch. The above is for a day site inspection only. All guests must have disembarked the ship by 2:30pm. This prize is non-transferable and can only be used on the nominated date, city and time. In the event that this prize cannot take place onboard the ship due to health/safety reasons or restrictions, a shoreside experience will be arranged instead.
