STAYING SAFE AT OUR STUDIOS
We're excited to be welcoming you back to the Primrose Potter Ballet Centre for classes in our studios!
To keep everyone COVID-safe, we've made some changes.
Anyone entering the Primrose Potter Ballet Centre must now check-in using the Sine-Pro app. Once checked-in and you’ve marked your name off the roll, please head straight into the studio to get ready for class!
Please maintain a 1.5m distance from others where possible and follow all signage in the building.
Face masks must be carried at all times within the building and worn whenever a 1.5m distance can't be maintained.
While physical distancing is still required, teachers will not be doing any physical corrections.
Classes have been scheduled with a minimum 15 minute staggered entry and exit between each class and other activities in the Ballet Centre to minimise points of contact.
CHECKING IN ON ARRIVAL
Download the SinePro app
Download the SinePro app onto your phone and register your details. This free app can be downloaded from your phone or personal device's app store.
Check in at the site
- When you get to the Ballet Centre, open the SinePro app, select “The Australian Ballet” or scan the QR code on the wall.
- Depending on which class you are attending, choose "TAB Studios" or "TAB Dancing Story" and complete any COVID related questions as required.
- You are now checked in!
Check out when you leave
On your way out, open the app, and choose “Check out”
If you leave the building without checking out, the app will prompt you to do so.
There will be alternative check in options available at sign-in should you encounter any problems using the app.
Please let staff at sign-in know if you are having any issues so we can assist you.
Do I need to sign in to SinePro every time I come to class?
Yes, so we can meet COVID Safe requirements for contact tracing if required.
Do I have to download the SinePro app to my personal device?
We recommend downloading the SinePro app to make your check in and out process smoother and faster. It also allows us to have more accurate entry/exit data if required for contact tracing when you check in and out at the time you enter the building. If you do not wish to download the app, we will have a tablet using the SinePro system available at sign in you can use to check in with instead.
Does this mean you can see my location?
Using location services with the SinePro app on your personal device is optional but recommended. This is so the app knows if you have left the building and can remind you to check out if you forget. It’s important for contact tracing that we have accurate information as to when you have left a site.
If you have allowed your personal device to use location services with the SinePro app, your location is only used by the Sine Pro system to allow you to check-in to a site when you are there and check-out if you do not check-out. Your location is never recorded and cannot be accessed by anyone.

What if I am sick on the day of my class?
If any of the following apply to you or any member of your booking party, you or they must not attend class:
- Required to self-isolate under laws aimed at reducing the spread of COVID-19
- Diagnosed as having COVID-19
- Experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms as identified by the Department of Health - including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath, runny nose, or loss of taste or smell
- You or a member of your household has been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
If these apply to you or any member of your booking party, please notify our customer experience team on 1300 369 741, available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (AEST).
If you are required to miss a class due to a COVID-19 related reason (detailed above), you are able to reschedule up until 5pm the business day before for Saturday classes and 2pm the day of for all weekday classes. This is subject to availability and strictly within the same series as your booking. If rescheduling your class is not suitable or applicable you can keep the value of the missed class on account to use as a credit towards any future purchases made through The Australian Ballet. You can also donate the cost of your class to The Australian Ballet, or request a refund.

What if I am running late?
Please arrive on time as there is absolutely no late admittance. Due to COVIDSafe requirements there is a lockout once class has begun at its designated start time
