We are so excited to return to the theatre and know you to are, too. Book with confidence, knowing the following policies apply should COVID-19 restrictions interrupt our performance schedule.

Cancelled performances
In the event of a performance cancellation, your choice of a ticket exchange, a tax-deductible donation, credit or a refund will be processed within 14 days of request.

Postponed performances
If a performance is postponed, you will hold on to your tickets and retain your seats for the rescheduled performance date. If you’re unable to attend the new performance date, your choice of a ticket exchange, a tax-deductible donation, credit or a refund will be processed within 14 days of request.

COVID-19 symptoms and travel restrictions
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, are required to self-isolate or unable to attend due to travel restrictions, you will be offered a ticket exchange. If a ticket exchange is not suitable, your choice of a tax-deductible donation, credit, or refund will be processed within 14 days of request.

Terms and conditions apply. Ticket exchanges are subject to availability. Credit requests are subject to the timelines and conditions outlined in our COVID-19 ticketing policy. Account credits can only be used for purchases through The Australian Ballet. Refund requests will require a valid credit card and will be attempted within 14 business days.
