Soon you’ll be able to exchange your tickets online whenever you want.
You'll be able to move your seat within a performance, change the performance date or even change to another city.
All you'll need is the barcode printed on your tickets, and sign in using the account through which you purchased the tickets, or an associated co-subscriber account.
What will it cost to exchange my ballet tickets?
If you’re a subscriber (a current Season Package holder), it will be free to exchange your tickets online. If you call, there will still be a $4 fee for each exchanged ticket.
For standard tickets (non-subscribers), exchanges will cost $10 for each ticket exchanged online, and $15 for each ticket exchanged over the phone.
