Philanthropy Manager (0.6 to 0.8 - negotiable)

Orchestra Victoria has an exciting opportunity for a Philanthropy Manager with experience in fundraising and a passion for working in a dynamic performing arts company to join the team.

The position is based in Melbourne, and the hours of work will vary to accommodate the performance schedule of the Company and events and functions, which will include work on weekends and in the evenings. The hours are negotiable - three or four days a week is ideal.

We are one of only two specialist opera and ballet orchestras in Australia. Established in 1969, Orchestra Victoria is the performance partner of The Australian Ballet, Opera Australia and Victorian Opera. With a rich history performing with opera, dance and musical theatre companies, Orchestra Victoria is dynamic and versatile with expertise in an incredible breadth of repertoire. It is a subsidiary company of The Australian Ballet based in Southbank, Melbourne.
