Eligibility:
This competition (the “Promotion”), run by Elixr Health Clubs (hereinafter, the “Promoter”). Entrants must be at least 16 years of age or older. The Promotion is open only to NSW residents.
This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this Promotion. This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply
Entry:
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Australian time (AEDT) on 3 March 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Australian time (AEDT) on 10 March 2023 ("Promotional Period"). Promotion is a game of chance. To enter for a chance to win, entrants are required to provide their full name, email address, mobile number, answer the select question and agree to the terms and conditions. The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly on 11 March 2023. Limit one entry per person.
Prizes:
The prize is a 12-month Elixr Heath Clubs membership at their luxury health club based in Bondi Junction. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Promoter in its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Promoter’s determinations regarding the awarding of the prize are final. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. Prize is non-transferable.
The prize will only be valid and able to be redeemed on the date specified on the prize voucher and must be redeemed before December 2023.
